In our department, the Sustainability Training sessions organized for our first-year undergraduate and graduate students who joined us this year were concluded with presentations by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhsin Önal. The training sessions covered topics such as Zero Waste, Chemical Waste, Electronic Waste, Fluorescent Waste, and Battery Waste. The events aimed to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices. Participants gained valuable knowledge on waste management and recycling, thereby becoming more conscious of their role in contributing to a sustainable future.
